The report of the Chief Executive considered results of the recent tendering exercise undertaken by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and indicated a preferred CCTV monitoring option. Careful consideration was given to the options set out in the report. RECOMMENDED: That Tunbridge Wells Borough Council be informed that the Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council supports the introduction of the option of a reduced level of live CCTV monitoring, as set out in the tender documents, subject to the impact of this being jointly monitored by both Authorities and adjusted if deemed necessary in consultation with the contractor. *Referred to Cabinet |
